Maternity Photos | Miami Sunrise

Sunrise is one of my favorite times to take maternity photos in Miami.  I know it’s a tough wakeup call, but we are in luck.  With daylight savings around the corner, sunrise times are much more reasonable…at least for a little while.  I highly encourage anyone interested in maternity photos to consider booking a sunrise session with me.  We have such gorgeous beaches here in Miami and the colors of the sky and ocean can be incredible at sunrise.

I loved the sunrise maternity photo shoot below.  The gown we used was so light and delicate, and it kept catching the breeze for these amazing shots.  A lot of people ask me what to wear for their maternity photos, and I have a few gowns available for borrow during the photo shoot at no additional cost.  Contact me ahead of time to schedule an appointment to see them and try them on prior to your shoot.

Sometimes the smallest stories hold the most strength 💛

This sweet baby boy spent his first weeks in the NICU after arriving a little earlier than expected. His parents invited me in to capture those tiny details—the fingers wrapped around theirs, the peaceful moments in between the beeps and wires, the love that filled that room.

I’m so happy to share that he’s home now, healthy and thriving—and we just finished his newborn session in the studio (stay tuned for those photos!).

Every family’s journey looks a little different, and it’s an honor to help preserve these first chapters. 💫

For me, it’s my second pregnancy. I didn’t do professional photos that time, and I wish I had something beautiful to look back on from that season of life.
