Miami Maternity and Newborn Photography

I know this family from back in the days of my working in corporate America. Ned and I worked on the same brand, sat in lots of meetings together, and even went on a few business trips together. By business trips I mean going to Las Vegas and partying all night. For those of you who know me, that kind of came with the demands of the job :). Anyway, it was fun to see Ned all grown up and in the role of dad. He’s still the same goofball, but a more responsible one! Rabia and I have also known each other a few years and I was thrilled to talk shop with her. She’s getting into photography and I love talking tech with people who speak my language.

We met for a gorgeous beach maternity session, and then a month later they brought me beautiful baby Maisie for her newborn photo shoot. She is adorable with a full head of dark hair and was the perfect little model for me.

Not every day is spent behind the camera. ☕💻

Today is an editing day—sorting through galleries, perfecting images, and putting the finishing touches on your memories. The photoshoot may only last an hour or two, but the work that happens afterward is where the magic comes together.

Back to editing! ✨

Those tiny fingers, sleepy stretches, and delicate newborn features change so quickly. My newborn sessions feature soft, simple posing with timeless wraps, neutral backdrops, and classic colors that keep the focus on your baby.

The best time for a newborn session is within the first 2 weeks after birth, when babies are sleepiest and most flexible for those classic newborn poses.

Don’t miss this fleeting stage. Once it’s gone, you can never get it back. 🤍

Whether you’re dreaming of a timeless studio maternity session or beautiful portraits outdoors at sunrise, now is the perfect time to book your maternity photoshoot.

The best time to schedule your session is between 28–34 weeks, when your baby bump is beautifully visible and you’re still feeling comfortable enough to enjoy the experience.

My studio offers a relaxed, climate-controlled environment with access to my maternity wardrobe, while outdoor sessions provide gorgeous natural scenery and light. No matter which you choose, we’ll create images that celebrate this incredible chapter of your life.

Reach out early to reserve your date—I can’t wait to help you remember this special time. 💕
