Miami Maternity Photography | South Beach Style

I met this beautiful couple at their apartment on South Beach and knew immediately it was the perfect place do some unique miami maternity photography. The combination of the lighting and their furniture made a beautiful backdrop for their photos. We mixed it up and went to the beach behind their building to finish off the session. To add a special touch they brought their high top sneakers out and we got a shot with the baby to be’s first pair of high tops. I can’t wait to come back and shoot this same shot with her little feet inside those adorable shoes! Well before then I’ll be photographing their newborn at the end of May and can’t wait to see these two as parents.

The first image is an AI-enhanced version of Nico’s birthday portrait. The second is the original photograph that was created in my studio. The lighting, the expression, the pose, and the moment are all real. AI simply added a whimsical background to create a storybook feel.

I love offering both options because they each have their place. Some families prefer clean, timeless portraits that will never go out of style. Others love a little extra magic. There’s no right or wrong—it’s all about what fits your family’s style.

My goal will always be to create beautiful photographs first. From there, we can decide whether to keep them classic, add a touch of creativity, or enjoy a mix of both.
