I’ve been meaning to do a studio tour video, but I have been so busy that I haven’t been able to get around to it. I finally did a quick iPhone video to show everyone what the shooting space looks like. The studio actually consists of multiple rooms including my office, a waiting room, an area to get ready, a kitchenette, a private bathroom, and of course the shooting and props rooms. It’s my little home away from home. I photograph newborns up to 2 years old in studio, plus maternity as well. All ordering appointments and consultations are done here too. If you’d like to come for a tour, please get in touch with me to set up an appointment. I’d be happy to show you around! I’ve had a few people show up lately without appointments and I’m either busy with a client or not there. Since I work on my own I can’t take walk-ins at this time. The first image is an AI-enhanced version of Nico’s birthday portrait. The second is the original photograph that was created in my studio. The lighting, the expression, the pose, and the moment are all real. AI simply added a whimsical background to create a storybook feel.
I love offering both options because they each have their place. Some families prefer clean, timeless portraits that will never go out of style. Others love a little extra magic. There’s no right or wrong—it’s all about what fits your family’s style.
My goal will always be to create beautiful photographs first. From there, we can decide whether to keep them classic, add a touch of creativity, or enjoy a mix of both.
