It’s no wonder so many people babymoon in Miami

Miami has beautiful beaches, lush green space, and incredible sunrises and sunsets.  All this and year-round warm weather makes it a top destination for babymoons and pregnancy photos.  This couple was visiting from New York and asked me to take maternity shots while they were here.  We ended up with some great pictures!  The evening sky was gorgeous with great clouds and light.

The top image was chosen by one of my favorite photography forums, LearnShootInspire.com, for their “one a day” picture selection.  I’m a “Pro Member” of LSI and contribute regularly in their forum.

One of my favorite images from this photo shoot is the last one shown here.  I love the way the sun streams through the the spanish moss to give the photo a dreamy look.  We actually took photos in two locations because the first location didn’t allow dogs.  A lot of my clients ask to include their dogs in the actual photo shoot, and it’s not a problem at all.  I’m a dog lover myself! I can either find a location that allows dogs, or we can add on a mini session to make sure the furry little one is included.
