Child photography at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens in Miami.

All photographers know that shooting mid-day can be tough because the bright sun can cast harsh shadows and blow your highlights. This particular photo shoot took place at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and due to their hours of operation, that was our only option and I’m happy we went for it. The photos came out beautifully!  

I particularly loved how the greenery and geometric lines of the gardens made the perfect backdrop for these adorable little cuties.  While I do wish the gardens were open a bit earlier or later in the day, I have to say that I will definitely be back.

I’ve really enjoyed getting to know this family through four different child photography shoots.  They bought the Grow with Me package and it has been wonderful to photograph the kiddos at so many different stages.  

I’m sad to see them leave South Florida, but they promised me they would visit and let me continue to capture photos of their growing kids.
